Attitude makes an enormous impact on the overall culture and impact of business objectives. Attitude is the difference maker.

Leadership:

The ability to be a great team player and influence a team is essential to business growth. Leadership is influence nothing more nothing less.

Equipping:

The ability to effectively enhance the skills of a team is a valuable attribute to develop. Equipping elevates the potential of the business.

SPEAK WITH TRENT ABOUT SCALE

Daily Thoughts:

A great way to start the day. The daily thought is designed to help you elevate your thinking and set the tone for the day.

Weekly Trainings:

A new training is delivered every Monday morning followed up by a live program wide conference call about the lesson later in the week. The training topics rotate each week to cover all of the subjects in the program. Sales, Communication, Attitude, Leadership, and Equipping.

Live Workshops:

All plans include live public workshops and rotate topics within the program. Business plans also include live in person private workshops that can be customized to your needs based on frequency and content. (*Every business has different needs. Annual Live Event:

This is an offsite, in person half day event that provides a great opportunity for growth and development. Enjoy some time outside the office and network with many great business people in the SCALE community.
